The company was founded by Paschalis Iliadis. We’re building a different type of real estate firm. Our primary focus is you, the client. Sourcing the right home is important, but it is only one part of our many responsibilities in the process. From second-to-none grasp of the overall real estate landscape, individual marketplace trends, competitive valuation/pricing, negotiation, contracts, financing, complex escrow issues and personalized attention – our goal is to provide the greatest service possible.
